Meditation is
the foundation
to transformation.
Some indicators that meditation will be of benefit to you in your current situation:
If you have a mind that won't be quiet and is always running.
If you are depressed, or become lost in thought loops that bring you worry.
If you have difficulty in relaxing and letting people be who they are.
If you have a need to control.
If you are unhappy.
Meditation as a daily practice transforms life to a state of calm focus. Practicing stillness, presence and allowing, quiets the mind chatter and brings about a deeper appreciation for living.
It is recommended to meditate at least 20 minutes every day just after you get up and are awake.
